R.L. Bynum spent 27 years in the newspaper business as a copy editor, and also was a sports writer for many years. He has completed 42 marathons, is a hopeless politics junkie and longs for the day when he can see the Cubs win the World Series without watching a movie.

Austin Johnson is a full-time IT consultant, part-time sports writer and hobbyist TV critic. He currently writes about NC State athletics for Backing the Pack.

Marilyn is a multimedia sports reporter for WRALSportsFan.com. She’s an Asheville native and Raleigh resident who feels the NC triangle region is truly home. She returned to the Old North State after living in Virginia for a year & says it’s so good to be back.

Tony interviews stand-up comedians and grows an exorbitant amount of hot peppers in his garden every summer.
Kendra Stowe
Kendra works part-time as a freelance writer for a digital marketing company in Raleigh. Previously, she has covered NC State basketball and football. Every season, she is convinced that this is NC State’s year only to be disappointed.
JP Mundy
JP writes sports for the Greensboro N&R, Winston-Salem Journal, ACC WBB Digest, and hasn’t been told that the 80s ended.
John Tobben
John Tobben recently moved from Winston-Salem to Indianapolis, Indiana for his radiology residency training. In his spare time he’s spreading the gospel of North Carolina barbecue, and bringing North Carolina basketball to Indiana pickup courts.

Isaac Weeks may live in Nashville, TN, but he remains an Executive Committee member of the North Carolina Film Critics Association, as well as a regular contributor to the News & Observer. His work regularly appears in the Charleston City Paper and Nashville Scene.

Frances Castillo
